Order not started, came up short, or need to cancel? File it in a minute.

Give us the order ID and the email you used, and say what went wrong. You can also cancel an order here. We check it against the refund policy and reply by email.

What happened?

Came up short The order finished below the amount I paid for. Not started Nothing has started 72 hours after payment. Charged twice I paid more than once for the same order or top up. Cancel it for a full refund, or keep waiting. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Back to how you paid

Refunds go back to your card, PayPal or crypto wallet. Balance only if you choose it. Card refunds usually take 5-10 business days.

We follow the refund policy. We don’t refund an order delivered in full, even if the count drops later (drops after delivery are not refilled, topped up or refunded), an order sent to a wrong link, or the part already delivered when the profile went private or the link changed during delivery.
