1. Agreement
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Fanomizer ("we", "us"). By accessing the website or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.
3. Our services
Fanomizer sells promotional services for third-party social platforms: a set quantity of followers, likes, views and similar activity delivered to a public profile or post you choose. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and may vary with platform conditions and demand.
An order is delivered when the count reaches the start count plus the quantity ordered. Platforms remove accounts and activity they consider inauthentic, so counts can go down after delivery. Drops after delivery are not refilled, topped up or refunded, on any service.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta or any other platform named on the site.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. We will never ask for the password to your social media profiles.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Notify us promptly about unauthorised use.
- Do not share or resell your Fanomizer account.
5. Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the full price: there is no extra charge for any payment method. Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments as reseller and merchant of record, PayPal payments by PayPal and crypto payments by B2BinPay. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
Orders start straight away only if you ask for that at checkout. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, the Refund policy explains your 14-day right to cancel and what happens when you ask for an immediate start.
You must keep the target profile or content public and unchanged until delivery completes.
6. Fanomizer balance
You can add money to your Fanomizer balance and spend it on orders and plans. The balance can only be used on Fanomizer, can’t be transferred to anyone else and isn’t a bank account or e-money. It doesn’t expire and has no fees.
Unspent money you added can be refunded as described in the Refund policy. Bonus and promotional credit has no cash value.
7. Organic growth plans
Plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel online in your dashboard. Cancellation, renewal reminders, price change notice and refunds are set out in the Refund policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
9. Intellectual property
All site content, design, logos and software are owned by or licensed to Fanomizer. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one you accepted when you placed it. If a change affects a plan you pay for, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. The date above always shows the latest revision.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
