Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Demo placeholder. This text illustrates the layout and is not legal advice. Final wording should be reviewed by counsel.

1. Who we are

Fanomizer ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Contact details such as your name and email address.
  • Order data, including public usernames or links you submit.
  • Payment confirmations from our processors. We never store full card numbers.
  • Technical data such as device type, browser and approximate location.
  • When you accept our terms or ask an order to start straight away, we record the time, your IP address and the text you agreed to, as proof of the agreement.

3. How we use it

We use your data to deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send product updates.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under contracts that protect it: our payment processors Dodo Payments (cards), PayPal and B2BinPay (crypto), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart. Optional analytics cookies help us improve the site and are used only if you allow them.

6. Retention

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and delete or anonymise other data when it's no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

9. Updates

We'll post any changes to this policy here and update the revision date at the top.
